SHIPPING POLICY

1. The inside project is a lifestyle brand dealing with furniture and decor and is dependent on various shipping companies to deliver the goods successfully to your homes. Once the material is dispatched The Inside Project cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery as the process is the shipping company's operational process and The Inside Project does not have any authority to interfere or intervene in their  process, therefore the client will have to directly coordinate with the shipping companies to coordinate with the delivery 

 

2. The Inside project cannot be held responsible in any case of any delay in delivering their shipments and no requests for refunds will be entertained in such cases. However, The Inside Project will provide full support in escalating the matters from their end. 

 

3. In case of any loss of goods, a replacement, store credit, or refund shall be provided to the customer.
