RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Custom orders are specifically created based on client needs, as specifications are shared by them according to their needs, and these pieces of furniture are also created keeping the same in mind. Hence, any product requested for production which is not a part of our catalog cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. Any changes in the color, finish, material, etc. once the product is ready for dispatch or delivered any changes will not be entertained.
3. In the case of Advance Orders, Custom Orders, and Bulk Orders 70% advance will be collected while placing the order and 30% advance will have to be cleared before dispatch.
4. Any exchanges or returns will not be entertained once the goods are delivered.
5. Once the product is processed for manufacturing, ready for dispatch, or delivered any changes will not be entertained unless a product has been received in a damaged condition, in such case the client will have to provide an unpacking video or reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
