Return And Refund of the Custom Orders

Custom orders are specifically created based on client needs, as specifications are shared by them according to their needs, and these pieces of furniture are also created keeping the same in mind. Hence, any product requested for production which is not a part of our catalogue cannot be exchanged or returned. Any changes in the colour, finish, material, etc . Once the product is ready for dispatch or delivered any changes will not be entertained.

Incase of Advance Orders, Custom Orders, Bulk Orders 70% advance will be collected while placing the order and 30% advance will have to be cleared before dispatch.

Any exchanges or returns will not be entertained once the goods are delivered
4. Once the product is processed for manufacturing, ready for dispatch or delivered any changes will not be entertained unless a product has been received in a damaged conditions, in such case the client will have to provide an unpacking vedio or report to us directly at support@theinsideprojects.com within 24 hours.
Shipping
1.The inside project is a lifestyle brand dealing with furniture and decor and is dependent in various shipping companies to deliver the goods successfully to your homes. Once the material is dispatched The Inside Project can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery as the process is the shipping companies operational process and The Inside Project does not have any authority to interfere or intervene in their process, therefore the client will have to directly coordinate with the shipping companies to coordinate with the delivery
2.The Inside project cannot be held responsible in any case of any delay in the delivering their shipments and no requests for refunds will be entertained in such cases. However, The Inside Project will provide the full support in escalating the matters from their end.
3. In case of any loss of goods, a replacement, store credit or a refund shall be provided to the customer.
